Rachel has been with Simplot for nearly 10 years, holding roles in Food Safety & Quality supporting Manufacturing and now in Logistics. She is passionate about leading and empowering teams to develop innovative ways of working and contributing to sustainable projects to improve our world and leave a positive legacy for future generations.
Rachel is the Logistics Warehouse and Inventory Manager at Simplot, where she oversees partnerships with 3PL providers to ensure excellent customer service. Her role includes managing warehouse operations and inventory to optimize efficiency and sustainability across the entire value chain. Rachel's dedication to sustainable practices and operational excellence drives continuous improvement in energy efficiency and waste management, benefiting both the company and the environment.
