International Executive & Non-Executive Leader specialising in organisational change, leadership development and business transformation, Emilie founded WeInclusive in 2018 to create a more mindful, inclusive and flourishing future.

She specialises in working with governments and listed operationally complex and highly regulated companies like transport, energy & tech players. She supports clients like Siemens Mobility, Engie, and the Department of Land Water, Energy and Planning in driving engagement, collaboration and trust through systemic cultural change. She provides them with impactful strategic advisory services and individual or group coaching & leadership training programs.

In addition, Emilie has extensive training development and delivery experience as a Leadership lecturer at Melbourne University and the Australian School of Applied Management. She has developed and delivered executive leadership development programs in authentic leadership, cross-cultural management, leadership for innovation and adaptive leadership. Emilie is also an Immunity To Change and a Leadership Circle practitioner passionate about adult learning.

Executive coach and facilitator, she is a courageous authentic leader with 15+ years of experience in multicultural leadership roles across the globe. She has experience in strategic and operational roles in Australia, UK, France, Switzerland, Belgium & Spain.

She has led large teams of 250+ employees and completed $150-million complex transformation programs impacting up to 22 000 employees when working for major public & private transport organisations such as Yarra Trams, Metro Trains Melbourne and Eurostar.

Emilie has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master's Degree in Management. Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she was Non-Executive Director of the Public Transport Ombudsman Board between 2016 and 2018 and now serves on the board of WIRE.
