Chris O’Brien

Chris O’Brien is the Executive Director of the CBRE'S Industrial & Logistics, Capital Markets division, specialising in investment transactions, sale and leasebacks, portfolio transactions, development and forward funded structures.

Chris has been involved in several landmark transactions throughout the Australian and New Zealand Industrial & Logistics markets such as the Arnott's, Emergent Cold, Allied Pinnacle and lngham's Portfolio's. Throughout his extensive experience, Chris has developed strong relationships with both onshore and offshore capital.
