Current Tenants of Aliro’s cold store developments include Woolworths, Chobani, Harris Farm, Bread Solutions and Karras Cold Logistics.
Aliro’s confidence in Australia’s Cold Chain has led to the current speculative development of three freezer facilities (~35,000sqm of GLA) in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
These figures are as at 31st December 2023, and relate to both Aliro’s investment vehicles and development mandates.
