3rd NABERS Warehouses and Cold Stores Advisory Panel
The 3rd NABERS Warehouses and Cold Stores Advisory Panel was held last Wednesday, 13/07/22.
It is an excellent outcome to see the outstanding interest and support from the cold chain industry. The tool is shaping up and nearing its completion.
The meeting covered the outcomes of the benchmark, an update on pilot ratings, and a discussion with members on documentation requirements for ratings.
Touched on were the next steps for getting started on your rating journey.

The Next Steps
please provide any outstanding pilot rating documentation requested by the DeltaQ team by 30th July 2022 to enable NABERS to proceed with certification.
the team will also individually reach out with any further clarifications or discussions from the panel.

Ron Pulido will be setting up a peer support working group after the launch and will reach out later this year.
In the next few weeks, DeltaQ will be wrapping up the pilot ratings.
NABERS will be preparing and issuing certifications in the next few weeks.
If there are no surprises, they expect to launch the tool this September.
