Ray Hodge shares his expertise in leadership, strategy formulation + implementation and overall systems and business improvement as a consultant, speaker and writer. He enjoys serving a wide range of clients, including individual entrepreneurs, government departments and multi-national organisations. Ray has a passion for words and writing and has authored three books, the most recent of which is How Efficiency Changes the Game: Developing Lean Operations for Competitive Advantage. Ray’s articles frequently appear in the nationwide magazines of peak professional organisations. He also publishes a weekly free newsletter and video called Mindful Motivation that provides tips and tactics for navigating the human side of work. Ray enjoys time with his four adult children and loves expanding his knowledge of food, cooking and wine at weekends. He resides in Adelaide, Australia and his happy place is anywhere on a dance floor with his partner Michelle.
